I hope you have all had a great summer with lots of fun, family and frineds! :)
We are looking forward to an exciting year with 3 classes.
What was your favourite part of the summer holidays?
Welcome to our school blog. We have information about our school and the things we do, and the learning that is happening in Hoiho, Kea, and Pukeko classes. We are a rural primary school a short drive from Hokitika, on the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand.

Assignment #1 ~ Takahe
Takahe
Takahe are endangered New Zealand birds.
There are only about 230 left!
Find some more facts about this unusual bird and post it in a reply. Make sure you read other people's replies so that you aren't repeating information.
Be sure to spell check your replies to make sure everyone can read them accurately and add your name so we know who has added to our knowledge bank.
You might find some information at the Kiwi Conservation Club Site.
