Welcome to our school blog. We have information about our school and the things we do, and the learning that is happening in Hoiho, Kea, and Pukeko classes. We are a rural primary school a short drive from Hokitika, on the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand.
Hello...we are a Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu buddy class for your N.E class with Ms Warner. We are an awesome group of learners new to school. We are so excited to be at the beginning our learning journey at Point England School in Auckland with Mrs Shirley. We are looking forward to sharing our learning with you... We are moving our own class room next week which is very exciting...we are looking forward to connecting with you all.
We love to see that your school also believes in Maanakitanga. Hope you have loads of fun at your festival and the activities that you will be doing. We love your Mayor, Bruce Smith's outfit. Such a great thing to happen. Park Estate senior learners wish they could join in the fun.
Now we would like to formally introduce ourselves to you....we are also your buddy for Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu.
Kia Ora
We are year 4 to 6 learners in Ruma Tahi @ Park Estate School. Our school is in Papakura in Auckland. Our school believes in Mana: Ako, Aroha and Maanakitanga. We respect each other and our place. In our school we love to play Rippa rugby, touch, netbal and Capture the flag. We are a digital learning school so we love using our Chrome books for our learning.
Kia Ora, We are excited to be communicating with you this year. I am particularly excited as I visit family in Hokitika, so am familiar with your area. We are an Enviro School and do a lot of learning out and about. You may see a few posts about this learning on our blogs. Mrs Shaw
Kia ora Ruma Kea, it's Mrs Minehan here. I hope you are all looking after your families while you get to spend this special time at home. Don't forget to keep blogging and share what you are up to.
